Do not limit yourself

Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You may be limiting yourself without even knowing it.

“If you say “can’t” you’re restricting what you can do or ever will do.”
― Michael Phelps – Olympian with 28 medals.

The fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt says “Anything is possible, I don’t think limits.”

How often do you think too far in advance and immediately rule something out?
How quick are you to lose faith or tell yourself not to get your hopes up?
Do you discount opportunities before you even apply?
Do you assume it won’t work for you?
Have you given up on your own dream?
Have you forgotten that anything is possible?

In life, our thoughts and words become our reality, and your mind soaks up whatever you focus on.

So by telling yourself that it probably won’t happen, You are actually making it more of a reality than if you were open to the dream coming true.
You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.

So here are five ways to help you make big things happen and stop limiting yourself:

1. Think in 90-day increments and live in the moment.
2. Remember that the mind often plans based on what it knows. …
3. Be as positive as you can.
4. Consider your thoughts and words carefully.
5. Hold onto the belief that anything is possible, because it is.
